Well Seasoned is all about British seasonal produce and our adventures in finding, cooking and eating it. Our campaign "Food for The Here & Now" aims to bring together the best of the British seasons with the best of British food.

Three food-obsessed entrepreneurs, Alex, Patrick and the Twig, want to change the way the country eats, for the better.

Well Seasoned on tour

Throughout the year we'll be touring Britain. Usually, what goes on tour, stays on tour, but our mission is to discover the very best seasonal meat, fish, fruit and veg the British Isles have to offer...and then to shout very loudly about it.

Along the way we'll be stopping off at some of the great festivals, events and gatherings that make Britain so awesome. Cheese Rolling in Gloucester? We'll be waiting at the bottom. Mappleton Bridge Jump? We'll be sharing that mug of warm soup. Stuck in the mud at Glastonbury? Well Seasoned will be there up to our knees. For our very latest trip reports check out the BLOG.

Live seasonally, eat seasonally

Britain is one of the most seasonal countries in the world so, as you'll see, we're also big fans of getting outside and enjoying everything that the amazing British Isles have to offer.  You'll have to bear with us if we get a bit over-excited about last weekend's dive in Dorset or the epic bike ride we're about to go on in the Brecon Beacons.
